Surah An-Nisaa:78
Wherever you are, death will find you out, even if you are in towers built up strong and high! If some good befalls them, they say, "This is from you"(O Prophet). Say: "All things are from Allah." But what has come to these people, that they fail to understand a single fact?

He it is Who has made the earth subservient to you(i.e. easy for you to walk, to live and to do agriculture on); so walk in the path thereof and eat of His provision. And to Him will be the Resurrection.

Wherewith(Qur'an) Allah guides all those who seek His Good Pleasure to ways of peace, and He brings them out of darkness by His Will unto light and guides them to the Straight Way.

Surah At-Taubah:16

Surah Ta Ha:131
And strain not your eyes in longing for the things We have given for enjoyment to various groups of them(polytheists and disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah), the splendour of the life of this world, that We may test them thereby. But the provision(good reward in the Hereafter) of your Lord is better and more lasting.

Surah Al-Kahf:45
And put forward to them the example of the life of this world: it is like the water(rain) wich we send down from the sky, and the vegetation of the earth mingles with it, and becomes fresh and green. But (later) it becomes dry and broken pieces, wich the winds scatter. And Allah is Able to do everything.

And indeed We have put forth every kind of example in this Qur'an, for mankind. But, man is ever more quarrelsome than anything.
